Training for supervisory and management positions in medical and medico-social organisations
Training activity :
The aim is to provide training in managerial and supervisory roles in medical and medico-social organisations (MMOs) – whether public, private, state, regional or voluntary – in line with the requirements of the decree qualifying directors of establishments in the sector.
By the end of the course, students will be able to respond effectively to the new issues arising in the environment of these structures and institutions (networking, activity-based pricing, quality and risk management, contractualisation).
