Activity summary

Evaluation of the efficacy of a post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) strategy in contacts at high risk of developing Ebola virus disease

Multinational, multicentre, multi-epidemic, phase III, comparative, controlled, randomised, superiority trial with open parallel arms.

Main objective
To compare the efficacy of Inmazeb and obeldesivir combined with Ervebo® vaccine vs. Ervebo® alone in preventing infection in high-risk contacts of patients with MVE.

Secondary objectives
– Assessing the safety and tolerability of Inmazeb and obeldesivir combined with Ervebo vaccine
– Evaluate the clinical, biological and virological severity of the disease among included patients who have developed confirmed EVM
